  • Project and request details — content you submit through the portal
  • Payment information — processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we never store card numbers directly
  • Communications — emails, messages, and call notes

  • Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referral source
  • Device and browser data — browser type, operating system, IP address
  • Cookies — see Section 5 below

Information we do not collect

Marketing: We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent. If you opt in, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Calendly — if you book a call, your name and email are processed by Calendly.
  • Analytics providers — anonymised usage data to understand site performance. No personal data is identifiable in these reports.
  • Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
